Click to see full size photo VETERAN WINS TOP AWARD. Veteran visual artist Alison Chapman-Andrews is the winner of the GovernorŐs Award, the top prize in the annual Central Bank Crop-Over Art Exhibition now running at the Grande Salle. With an acrylic-on-canvas titled Earth Mother And Vines, Chapman-Andrews won the $8 000-prize for the painting, which was selected by Governor of the Central Bank, Dr Marion Williams. The exhibition opened Sunday and runs until August 12.
