ON THE BALL. Thirty-eight aspiring local footballers got a taste of football coaching, the John Barnes way, at the Police Sports Complex, Weymouth, St Michael, yesterday. This was the start of the Barbados leg of the three-day Digicel-sponsored three-day Kick Start Under-20 clinic, and the former Liverpool and England star rolled back the years as he demonstrated some ball drills and technical plays to the teenagers. Here, Barnes (right) points out a positional play to members of the clinic.
